岩茶-大紅袍, 因早春茶芽萌發時, 遠望通樹艷紅似火, 若紅袍披樹, 因此得名, 素有” 茶中狀元”之美譽, 乃岩茶之王. 

茶媽媽大紅袍, 精選武夷山市自然生態環境內的優良茶樹品種, 經萎凋, 做青, 殺青, 揉捻, 烘乾, 焙火的傳統鳥龍茶工藝 , 糟心製作而成. 
成品條索壯實緊結, 鳥褐油潤; 茶湯橙黃明亮, 香氣高銳濃長, 具幽蘭之勝, 滋味醇厚, 岩韻顯, 順滑回甘, 喉韻清冽, 齒頰留香, 富有優質武夷茶的”醇, 滑, 鮮, 甘”.
